Return Process

  Log into your Ukeuniverse account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the instrument to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
